On June 29, 2012, the Company’s shares of common stock were delisted from the NYSE MKT. The press release attached hereto as exhibit 99.1 indicated that the Company expected the delisting to be effective on or about July 2, 2012.

Huh?

As part of limiting of activities to focus on the sale and distribution process, Oilsands Quest will not be pursuing its proposed listing on the Canadian National Stock Exchange (“CNSX”). The Company expects its shares to be delisted from the NYSE MKT on or about July 2, 2012. Trading in the common shares of Oilsands Quest remains halted on NYSE MKT.

Huh?

I guess bottom line, the best place to be watching for companies doing this type of thing, would be some sort of penny stock new ticker "watch" website, and be watching that website's list at precicely 9:30 am EST......Even if one read the news released for this change, one would have been watching for it on Monday. Not today.......
I guess too, nobody can predict which direction a thing like this will head. It could have fallen from a penny, downwards......But damn, I could have easily 5Xed some small invested amount......
