Sure the share swap failed, was a stupid idea, possibly illegal. But the whole point of the share swap was to allow QASP investors to get out of QASP because everyone expected you would destroy the value of the common shares, based on your history and what you did with Dean.

And look what happened, just what everyone expected. The swap didn't make you dump over 200 million shares, do the 1000:1 R/S, it didn't make you increase the O/S by over 5X. You are the reason the stock crashed, you and Dean, not the swap.
