It's the whole reason companies go public in the first place. He's talking like ICPA is novel for doing this. Hell, I was buying when I knew ICPA was acquiring Punch and assuming the whole time there would be dilution to finance it.

I've gotten back every share I've sold and then some, but through the year I've traded many more shares than the CEO has. What's the big deal about 5M shares? I don't get it.
