Patent infringement. Ariosa sued to have the courts rule their test as not infringing upon SQNM patent. SQNM sued to say they were infringing. Judge was to rule today on whether to allow a temporary injunction on Ariosa to stop them from providing their test until teh court could eventually hear the entire case. Nothing yet out from the judge

Reverse every natural instinct and do the opposite of what you are inclined to do, and you will probably come very close to having a perfect golf swing.
