Baffled. Perplexed. Dumbfounded. Makes absolutely no sense whatsover, especially since we know there's no dilution.

Even if the remaining restricted became tradable, you'd think they'd hold out for better days since KMAG is clearly growing.

I tell ya, I never saw this kinda manipulation before. Never. Goes totally against all common sense.
