Shorting a stock >

When looking at "Short-Interest",
understand that "the Market is forward looking",
at all times.

"Short-Interest" increases and developes,
when traders expect a stock to move-up
sharply at some time in the near future.

They are betting that the stock
will fall sharply,
immediately after it has soared.

Shorts make money as the stock falls.
