LOL - KATX holds everything NOW; if no spin-off (which I disagree) the value of KATX rockets.

They could still do the deal with Canco, that would give KATX shareHolders:
1. An Oil Company
2. A working Gold Mine
4. The Claims - HandCamp, Rusty Ridge, Lucky, Colliers

I think the price of KATX goes to a quarter-plus
