So you think the company raised the AS up to 5 BILLION, dumps them at .0001 and buys them back at .0002? Wow. No wonder they trashed this company.
If a "repurchase" was happening it would have to be ASYI buying them since KoolTel does not own the shares. Even the LOI states ASYI SWAPS shares with KoolTel so no "purchase" happens there.
