Personally I think someone should force fisher's hand in all of this and get the ridiculous ruling about them owning the 'whole boat' overturned....

It is just plain stupid to automatically give the rest of a boat that drifted away to who knows where to them.... they found what they found and whoever finds the other 1/2 someday should also have a right to it....

I'd bet it could be overturned in court.... just silly...
