I think lest than that more like .0025 of which it should retest. Since the last time there,a lot of shares have been issued one way or another and with the feeling of "no way out" other than a R/S,it could be as much as 1 for 1000 in order to get it to nasdaqlevel.

Even if the revenue increases and the contracts get signed etc., everybody has to get greased up to grow.

Shares are easy to distrubute, therefore causing dilution at the "bagholders" expense.

I THINK THE "6" MAY ACTUALLY BE 6 BILLION SHARES AUTHORIZED NOW.

DID ANYONE SEE A "5" YET IN THE COUNTDOWN?
