Well if Jay wins and they are able to start selling the emeralds then ORRV should get 5% which should be nice amount of $$$ to fund boats equipment and everything needed to start working the projects they have lined up. I had thought someone had stated that it is over 85 pounds of emeralds? I agree that the fact that they mentioned executing someone for smuggling a few emeralds on board. You would think they sure as hel# would have mentioned if they were carrying any emeralds. I would say they carried the gold and silver and let the lesser ships carry any emeralds. More than likely the Atocha was out to show off when they got home, carring what to them was more valuable treasure of silver and gold!! Only my opinion nothing more.
