Steve did have control over the pps on the ones that he cashed. Either there is a large group of first time buyers in this group or you just aren't real bright. This happened 20 or 30 times with otc stocks today. Hundreds of people got burned by some CEO who forgot to tell you a few details. If you ever get all warm and fuzzy with another stock or CEO it will happen to you again. Hopefully not too many of you got friends and/or family involved.If ICPA doesn't rebound from this,it will pop up 6 months from now with a new group of true believers.
