The number one lesson I take from message boards is: Never trust anybody who constantly bashes without any validation or proof, question any insider posts and try to take the positive posts for what they are, even if some post things that can hurt us by creating unhealthy expectations.

Been investing in pennies and pinkies for years. Some win, some lose and some test patience. Companies with a real product will be up and down until they show sales growth. PRs are useful as long as they don't repeat the same thing all the time.

Another thing is to try not to bother the execs too much as it takes away from their valuable time making money for us shareholders.

I think AAPT has something good with the food lines. I am not as high on the pet wipes as some but it's a good product. Being somebody who owns a pet sales business there are only a few really respected natural food lines which gives the company an opening to be a player in this sector.
