Now, rather than focus on a few common shareholders who were desperately trying to salvage what little they had left, I prefer to focus on those who knew this was a scam from the beginning. Those who wrote and structured the articles of incorporation to circumvent the shareholder safeguards by creating the preferred A's so they had free rein to rob and pillage the investing public, and proceeded to sell 10's of millions of dollars with no intention of creating value for the shareholders....

Oh you mean Joe and Dean, yeah I agree the focus should be on them.
