I still find things very interesting and many questions still to be answered:

1) Why are they still Dark when they should have reversed Form 15A last week.
2) Why, based on the lawyers comments, are they pushing back the release of the "Official Restructuring Plan"
3) Why the announcement now of the new firm with all the management from ATRN?
4) Could it have something to do with the post ealier of OLDHILLBILLY? Could this new firm possible be the ones who may soon own the ATRN assets?
5) Do we really think Iroquois Capital and Hudson are going to run this new company or are they just their for the very short term?

The point is this is far from over. Even if we get totally shafted it sure sounds like we have plenty evidence to take this to courst and my guess is these rich board members would rather settle than have to go all the way especially if they know they messed up big time.
