Buying EVDR .001 on merger news, which has not hit wires yet:

"Merger is done! We are surprised company has not made the announcement?! July 1 is Canada Day and July 4th is Independence Day in USA. Kind of tricky to predict what date management will make the announcement. Serious money behind EVDR. A good chunk of float (that was about to hit the books) purchased by a company insider / backer from the stakeholder Videolocity. Also awareness campaign paid for by cash!"
