New Gem Pick: PVSP
(New monster .01 mobile VoIP app play that is beating skype in our opinion)

PVSP mobile VoIP app is unbelievable. Their mobile VoIP allows people to make international calls to countries at a cheaper rate then Skype and many others. Make sure to go to their site and download their FREE mobile VoIP app now (http://www.voxcorp.net/about/) and you will get 60 minutes of FREE international calling!

Get ready premarket as this is the Top .01 Play for 2012. PVSP chart looks like it should form a bottom here and we feel there will be some huge upside potential to this play once the momentum starts/turns.

PVSP had traded as high as .058 cents per share recently and many people are calling this the next emerging mobile VoIP play (similar to Skype).

Make sure to pull up PVSP on your computer and your quotes premarket. We feel this play will be the talk of the town soon. We feel PVSP is on the verge of a massive breakthrough in the mobile VoIP market and their recent downloads on their new app are going viral.

About "PVSP" our Top 2012 Low Price Play

The VoX mission - "Power to the Cloud"
The VoX mission is to create and evolve our technology brand to deliver voice and video virally in innovative ways with a global reach. We practice and embrace the art of IP communications throughout the world. At VoX – we live and dream "Power to the Cloud".

So who are we?
We are a technology based company that has developed a very flexible, stable and scalable Linux based server cluster that is virtualized in "The Cloud". Today, we deliver both voice and video anywhere in the world where a stable broadband connection exists. Our technology is highly adaptive and has been architected to be modified quickly and easily to react to the ever changing communications market demands. We believe our technology and associated low cost of operations are disruptive to the existing telecommunications model, both nationally and to an even greater extent in international markets.

Staff
Our team is a dedicated group of technology experts in both telecommunications and information technology. Their extensive knowledge and experience enables the company to be innovators in both voice and video over broadband.

Clients
Our clients are diverse in that our technology allows us to brand and white label a product to appear as though it is owned and operated by the client. VoX is branding for a large customer base, including companies that include Melaleuca and Bausch and Lomb, who use our video phones and app in multiple locations globally.

Our History
2004 - VoX was founded in 2004 to evolve the legacy telecom resale business that its parent company ELEC (which later became Pervasip) operated, into an owned and operated all IP network that was capable of millions of subscribers.

2005 - By Mid-2005 we had developed a base technology using Linux server cluster to deliver VoIP (Voice over Internet). In October 2005 we were the recipient of INTERNET TELEPHONY's VoIP (Voice over IP) Service Provider Awards in the categories of "Most Innovative VoIP Provider for Technology", and "Best Initiatives to Become a VoIP Provider for Residential and Small Businesses".

2006 to 2009 - Through our formative years our technology and back office systems were developed. Without the significant marketing dollars available to our competitors like Vonage, VoX struggled to add meaningful revenue. The loss of our largest customer and investor in the same year caused us to downsize our company. We persevered throughout this time however, to build upon our technology vision and kept our technology team intact.

2010 - In 2010 we added video capabilities to our technology platform. We announced support of the Ojo Vision video phone and developed our own video voice mail component which enhanced the platform. In developing video voice mail, we understood many atomic components that could be used use to build next generation products. We also learned how to sync and video frames, along with recording, playback and serving up video and other media to a device over the Internet from our server cluster.

2011 - Our technology continued to attract new partners and G3Connect was formed by Barry MacCheyne and Steve Kaitz to invest in our company. They helped retired our debt and become the marketing machine behind VoX. Previously, Barry MacCheyne had been a significant player in a billion dollar sales organization at Global Crossing. G3Connect became our main investor and largest shareholder. We entered into an agreement with our former lenders Laurus master funds to retire $14 million of debt at favorable terms to the company and its shareholders. 2011 became a defining year for VoX and Pervasip.

2012 - VoX developed its Android Mobile VoIP application and uploaded it to the Android Market. As we make further progress into the world of VoIP over 4G LTE the excitement here at VoX and Pervasip continues to add "Power to the Cloud".
