I'm not too sure about this statement though....

"Sierra Gold Corporation through its subsidiary has secured 33 exploration mining and 7 dredging permits in Sierra Leone."

is the subsidiary ARDC? no, that doesn't make sense, but then what is he referring to? Is the subsidiary the local cheifs? Wouldn't whatever the answer is be the reason why others haven't been able to trace the relationship with the S.L. Gov.?
