I am not an expert - I always maintain that, so take what I say with a salt lick made for an elephant herd...

I expect this morning to be quiet through 10AM EST. the Supreme Court ruling on healthcare is due, and I believe that the market is going to be waiting for that news.

I realize that ICPA doesn't have much of anything to do with healthcare, but the markets will be distracted. So I expect lower volume and long waits for orders to be filled.

Regardless of the outcome, a great deal of attention is going to be focused on the healthcare market today. Just my suspicion.
