Volume declining,indicators negative. I wouldnt it is consolidating. An PR "story" should have been issued before retracing as much as it has,if it was to try for new high.It went 10x from .0002 area,no story, I would say the play is over except for a FIB's bounce. Below 61 FIB's the chance of a bounce deminish greatly. all is jmho
