imo this GENESIS ENERGY pr is worth its weight in gold to the court-judge.anyone with merely half a brain will question motive..why for a few bucks more would GENESIS/SMARTWIN pull the plug?its my understanding MALCOLM secured this 5 million aud with over 30 million EEGC shares -its cut and dry GENESIS/SMARTWIN screwed themselves bigtime.imo
