Couple quick points Coyote...
When the company turns down business..as they have directly to me, to mmbull, (an old shareholder who they told they were too backed up, with business, when there was none, to do his project) and to LawyerLong..That is malicious to shareholders...Heaven knows they could have used all the business they could have gotten.
When they put out a financial release, or PR...and you gotta be a Philadelpia lawyer to dissect it word by word, determine where the punctuation is/isn't...or, they fail to live up to statements they make..That is malicious to the shareholders.
When they absolutely fail to communicate..that is malicious to the shareholders.
When they basically sell off the chairmanship of the BOD...That is malicious to the shareholders.
Those are right off the top of my head...
