Go back and reread the TR-11. EVERYTHING that CGFI wants to do at the mill, while under the C&D order needs to be cleared by the DRMS. That's including the cosmetic things you talked about in your earlier post AND the repairs that the company wants to do to the equipment.

Did you bother to read it at all? Items like replacing bearings, rebuilding equipment, replacing electrical panels, and other general maintainence items are under the control of the DRMS. If CGFI performs this work without the go ahead of the DRMS, which by the way they were granted, they expose themselves to sanctions from the state.

But you are going to have to wait till the system is back up. At this time the DRMS Laserfiche system is off line.
