I think you are beating a dead horse when you speak about going the full reporting route. I would rather Matin grow the company with an eye toward more acquisition for now. Who knows, maybe he will acquire something that is listed and reporting and fold into that operation?

Growth is all that matters in start-ups IMO and that is what I am looking for.
