IBRC - in a letter from CEO about 1 month ago, the CEO stated that he secured 10M in funding from an investment firm. The first tranch of funding was to be paid in 30 days... So, I think we will get news any day hopefully... It's trading between 2-3... When news hits, I think it will break out of that range...
