I have been watching IPRU for a couple of weeks and it appears as if small accumilation is going on. I say small because it doesn't seem as if there are a lot of shares available at the current PPS. I also think news is due at just about any time. With volumn the PPS should climb quickly IMO. I will continue to keep a close eye on it. Currently .0018. GL.
