I just spoke to Mr. Mulshine. He is as advertised here time and again, willing to talk at length about treaty and said pretty much exactly what we've been talking about today. Manipulation is the key word here. If you have patience and buy what these crooks are willing to sell you at these bargain prices you will be rewarded in a very short time. From what I could gather 2-3 weeks we should be in party mode. I can wait that long.
