Allot of companys run promotions to get the word out, especially when there is big news like a merger. How else would a penny stock promote themselves? Evdr is smart to run a promotion with the big news soon to hit.

Companys like Coca Cola spend millions of dollars every year to promote themselves. They must be criminals too, LOL!
