I heard Dr. K refer to the "6 - 8 million $" estimate during the webinar.

However, my connection was fuzzy enough that I wasn't sure where he said the 6 - 8 would be coming from.

I think he was referring to the non-exclusive licenses with RDI for the Matrix and AVM products that will channel revenue through ANTS.

I think RDI will generate profit from its licensing deals with ANTS, and ANTS will be able to act as a force multiplier for RDI to gain exposure in the marketplace - especially as ANTS gains back traction with ACS and enters new revenue channels with products like sport analytics, stock trading, and new licenses down the line.

It's similar to a reverse merger in the sense that the revenue stream from a separate entity will be channelled through the ANTS corporation, but it is dissimilar because ANTS is licensing these products not assuming ownership of them.
