(CESV) is a Nevada Corporation headquartered in Hong Kong, primarily into investing, manufacturing/developing & distribution of energy saving products for commercial & industrial use. For the 9 months ended 06/30/05, revenues fell 5% to $32.5M. Net income rose 55% to $12.8M. Revenues reflect a decrease in sales of energy saving products.
