The CE was just placed on PDGO last Wednesday. The CEO has already addressed it...

Paradigm was moved to Caveat Emptor status because two main reasons. 1.) The company has not filled the 10K and 10Q with the SEC. 2.) The trading activity has increased to above normal level. The combination of Paradigm not meeting it filling requirements and the increased trading activity has triggered the company into Caveat Emptor Status for protection of the public's interest.

The CEO said in the CC that they should be current on their filings within a couple weeks.
