At this stage of the game, the influence that DW, Turrini, the Diac parties, or other bad actors is minimized.

Assuming we have an honest Reciever (and to this point I see no telling reason to state otherwise), then we can grouse about the past actions of all of the bad actors that we want,... BUT we can't change a danged thing by doing so.

If significant fraud can be supported in a court of law, then post resolution here of the T-Mobile suit, and of any cash distributions, then I will be happy to contribute a fraction of my 'winnings' here to support legal action against any of those bad acting parties.

Until that point - to focus on who did and did not do what to whom at what time in our cess-pool of a corporate past is a pointless process other than to vent one's spleen.
