I just looked it up again to confirm. I made the assumption that most of us were of the poorer "non-millionaire" types. (that's where I fit in.)
LTCG rate is 0% if you are in the 10% and 15% tax bracket. (thanks to President G W Bush.) That law runs out at the end of 2012.

God bless you if you are in the higher rate range. But the point is next year the rates will most probably be higher.
Keep an eye on Congress for their decision. The rates have not been set yet.
Let's hope it stays the same.
Our luck it will probably be much higher just when we have something to report!!!
