Unless Old Hillbilly updates all of us, we won't know what the re-org plan entails, or if we, as equity holders are included, unless we get a pacer account, or info. is forwarded to us thru our brokers.
I doubt a PR will be released.
Today, they are submitting their Chap. 11 plan to Judge Peck,
i did not see anything in the Pacer report info. of the re-org plan for us commons, as of yesterday, perhaps they have included it today before the judge.
