I do not know who the the party is. It could be a large shareholder who wishes to dump. It could be a front for the company or management. It could be someone else who wishes to prop up the price for their own reasons. I have no interest in pursuing it but I'm sure if you really want to find out, you can.

The quote comes from a website I found this morning. If you google the quote, I'm sure you will find it.
