Now scan down to nearly the bottom of the page just above the phone numbers. It states "This product is under review for EAR Control."

What does E.A.R stand for? Export Administration Regulations.

Another note that everybody seems to just take for granted the FDA approval.

Unless somebody comes up with ample evidence to the contrary I have not seen any mandated FDA rules pertaining to the use of Laser Dazzlers in a military application.

What the rule says is the FDA offers guidance. So yet another bit of information that some people have blown way out of proportion.

Too bad most of the general population does not have the experience in this specialized field required to make an educated judgement on the information as it is presented.
