They all depend on the mill approval, Glengold47, but the logic is there. Now, are they certain? Definitely not. We could get hit by a meteor and the earth could end tomorrow, or the caldera under Yellowstone could explode in the world's largest volcano. You don't know what you don't know.
If everything goes in favor of CGFI, the numbers could and should be better.
Here is hoping there are more good things in store than obstacles in our way.
