I sure hope it is, because I would like to know what the hell has gone on with QASP from the start, though the shareswap BS, and your awesome 1000:1 R/S and subsequently increasing the O/S by more than 5X. All has been done with no answers to those of us on the outside, common shareholders. It is past time for answers, we want them. Do please discover everything, and be sure to open your records as well, including trading records that show how much you made off of Dean's scam.

Emails, phone calls, skypes, get it all and post it please. Sunlight is the best disinfectant. Why don't you start by posting page one of the CS document, and the total amount you made off of the common shareholders as you were getting discounted shares from Dean?
