When a buddy has done well and has oodles of powder, one can keep buying and averaging down til the ultimate bottom "is" reached... now provided the stock "does" reverse, then one can start selling/ trading off higher priced shares and retain the balance of really low priced bundles as near "free" and look like a champ. That was me years ago... After a stunning rise in wealth (Waaaay more than I ever made in the private sector), I just ran into a similar "string" of magnificent Losers (or Scammers...whatever your choice may be). Both experiences took my breath away. Sure would be nice to recover.

Yes Conix, I do take responsibility for my own tactics and destiny. However, it's difficult to accept when money is virually "robbed" from you by the likes of those out there (and they DO exist) whose methods are nothing more than intentionally perpetrated FRAUD and deceit... although most likely not quite as large in magnitude as Madoff. Again Conix... I just believe you were / are both saavy AND very lucky. You are Fortunate. Count your Blessings my friend.
