Very true. A crime is a crime. If he's found guilty (or plea bargins..which IMO is what is going to happen), he did it to himself. If innocent, well, I guess we'll just stay status quo here with no fins, no ce removal, no uplisting, no buy back, restrictions on trading from certain institutions, 1 verified shipment when others said there were 5.. you know, the usual sub penny games.
