I've seen those 911 buys too many times. This thing is calling the MMs this thing is about to bounce real hard in power hour. 911 buys 100% all the time is just a message to those watching level 2 to buy or hold because we are about to lift off. Think about the fees to buy that low and the actual value of that purchase, it's just a message friends a message that we all have seen many times before.
