and when all this still does not destroy the company set up a sting operation-and sec informants insider knowledge of that is used to prepare to attack on the boards when news of that sting operation comes.

Are you forgetting that quite a few individuals and companies were caught in that sting? How can you logically extend your proposed conspiracy to comprehend them?
