No one is printing shares. There are no air shares. Let's stop with the conspiracy stuff, yeah? What's happening is that someone hid their order. They must have a nice chunk to sell and it is possible to "hide your cards" so to speak. This requires access to a broker that can provide this and comes with a fee.
