It's getting done. Delays are always in some way $$$$ Some times it's a lack of, other times it's a best use of........... I wouldn't get too excited on the delay as they are on the job. Getting worried and worked up only causes stress. They have delivered in the past so I would let them do what they need to do.

Example I don't need to know the details of our government in protecting us. I need to know they are on the job. SNEY management is on the job. The minute the are not on the job I will raise a fuss and or sell my shares. Guess what? This is not one of those moments!!!
