What will be the catalyst for the breakout of this stock price? I think a merger with a company that will, indeed be accretive to earnings, or a paying contract with FEMA, or some real numbers projections showing they are on target to meet sales projections. Any, or all of the 3 above factors should get everyone's mind off the fuel price increases and the so called "dilution".
