back on June 16, 2012 (it seems like
millions of years ago now):
As we have announced in recent weeks, we are working with the Blackstone Group to achieve an optimal financing package.
Our top executives and Board stock ownership, taken together, would put the group as one of our top 10 shareholders, so our management team has a lot of "skin in the game," as well.
We will publish a press release or other public disclosure as appropriate when we have further updates to provide.
