No, this is not going to be a game changer. The Fountain Hills location is at a site where everything has failed. The fast food places across the street are barely hanging on. The shopping center with a Target that is less than half a mile away is nearly half empty. Most of the town is a product of the crazy boom and bust in the housing industry. Unless one has a retail outlet right in the middle of town, one is not making any money.

This is typical BH: create an aura of success to bring in investors who then lose their money.
