I sure don't remember him talking about a buyback of that magnitude...

Preferreds afford many things...voting rights being an important aspect.

The anticipation of a large buyback was originally based on Jeff's statements of his goal to have said control.


Poison pill to any entity that would be inclined to assume majority control.
