Nasdaq req's are going to be impossible to meet for this company. The minimum bid alone has to be $4, yet we have never even broken 4 cents! That doesn't even start to scratch the surface on other financial requirements.

Take a look at the req's for yourselves, just search for 'nasdaq listing requirements'.

I'll eat a plate of low grade ore for breakfast with milk if this company ever gets on nasdaq - sticky it.
