You dont know Bryce's contractual obligations you are just assuming that he is not allowed to wear a T shirt with a MP logo on it. Now if I was going to assume, I would assume that he is not allowed to wear a t-shirt that has an Adidas logo on it because they are a competitor. MP DOES NOT compete with UA. They are not a competitor to UA. It's that simple!

Your problem is that PM is NOT an apparel company. That is NOT the industry they are in. I have a shirt that CVS/Caremark on it

CVS is NOT an apparel company they are a pharmacy but I bought one of their shirts at an event
